Marilyn Bell Marilyn Bell's accomplishments and achievements in the beautiful Texas Hill Country real estate market have earned her numerous accolades, awards, and honors. She is consistently a top producer with
RE/MAX. Her latest honors being that of Platinum Club and RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
She specializes in the residential placement of her clients who seek the perfect balance of home, family and career. Her greatest service to buyers and sellers is her comprehensive preparation, attention to detail and follow through she brings to every transaction with experience in selling many types of properties and homes.
Marilyn and her dedicated staff passionately serve their clients in Boerne and the surrounding areas. Since 1998 they have focused on helping people translate dreams and capture opportunities in Real Estate. Marilyn's previous teaching and 20 years of business experience in customer service and marketing is a major benefit to her clients.
Marilyn also believes in giving back to her community as a member of her Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business, and serving on the Board of Directors of Hill Country Family Services. She is dedicated to helping the residents of her community.
Her husband, Phillip, a licensed real estate agent specializing in commercial real estate often assists her with that superior service her clients enjoy. Marilyn and Phillip have been involved residents of Boerne for 27 years, raising two daughters and now enjoying their grandchildren. Dedication to family and business is reflected in her work ethics.

Beverly McCormick
Beverly McCormick and her husband and 2 children have lived in Boerne for almost 10 years. Three days after joining Marilyn in 2006, Beverly realized there is more to buying and selling real estate than just showing a few pretty houses. The slogan of Smith Barney, where Beverly worked in Dallas before moving to the Hill Country, best describes her mission statement. "We make money the Old Fashion Way, We earn it!" Beverly understands the power of creative and well-organized marketing. Attention to detail, home design, and staging are crucial in a successful transaction. Beverly loves all aspects of design and decor especially when she is given a challenging budget. Whether giving a listing client ideas and suggestions to get their home ready to show off its best features or sharing ideas with buyers who may not see the full potential of a prospective home simply seems to come naturally to Beverly. So whether it's atiently guiding first time buyers through this exciting process, or following through with client's needs long after closing day Beverly will lead you with confidence and poise through any real estate transaction and you might even have fun doing it!

Karen Mathison
Karen Mathison started out as a Broker's Assistant 10 years ago and learned the business from the inside out. Coming from a small office she did everything from answering the phone to marketing. "I learned from listening and watching the agents in my office that real estate is not just showing houses. People need HELP when buying or selling a home. There are so may pieces to a real estate transaction and it's imperative to be knowledgable and PROACTIVE. "
Karen has been with RE/MAX for four years and has already earned her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation through education and sales requirements, as well as numerous production awards. She continues to pursue education opportunities that help her tackle and tame any situation that might come up in a real estate transaction before it affects the client, and will often travel to attend the best classes and seminars. "So many trainers out there try to teach agents that they are in sales. I stubbornly refuse to believe it. Buyers and Sellers are smart, and don't want to be "sold". They want someone to provide information, knowledge and service for their real estate transactions. They want a consultant and a service provider. My area of excellence lies in both."
Karen has been married to Brent since 1992 and they have two children. They have truly enjoyed the adventure of making Boerne their home and Karen feels the experience makes her even more in tune to what families need when moving to the area. "I am a walking Chamber of Commerce!" Karen laughs. In her free time, it's all about spending time with her family, and taking advantage of opportunities to get involved in the needs of the Boerne community. "I was recently offered the privledge to serve on the board for Family Services. I can't wait to dive right in and play any part they will let me in serving our area families."
